While all members begin in the Standard Tier, there are opportunities to advance to higher tiers, unlocking additional benefits and discounts.

Membership Tiers

Our Membership Program features two tiers:

Standard Tier

All users automatically start in the Standard Tier upon account creation and can begin earning points with every purchase, helping them progress toward the next tier.

Gold Tier

Reach Gold tier with 200 points (1 point per $1 spent). Enjoy 1 year in the Gold tier, extended by 1 year with any purchase during this time. Receive 20% off all purchases when logged in with your registered email.

How to join the program?

Login with your email address to automatically be enrolled in our Membership Program.
All new members start in the Standard Tier.
Earned points will be accounted towards the Tier upgrade only after you have joined the program(by logging in).

How do I become a Gold Member?

Earn Points via eSIM Purchases

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on our eSIM store. Accumulate 200 points to automatically upgrade to Gold Member. *T&C applied.

How do I earn points?

First-Time Purchasers:

Log in using your email address on our store and create an account before your first purchase.
Once you have logged in then go ahead and buy the eSIM you would like.
The points made through the purchases after the user logs in will be counted towards their journey to Gold membership.

Note: If you don’t log in during your first purchase, points earned from that transaction will not count towards Gold Membership, although they can still be redeemed later.

Returning Purchasers:

After the initial login, guest checkouts are allowed using the same email address, and points will continue to accumulate.
Upon reaching 200 points, your account will be upgraded automatically to Gold Member status.

How can I redeem points for discounts?

Users can redeem $0.05 for every 1 point.
Here is a detailed guide on how to redeem your points from previous purchases.

Can I combine the discount generated after redeeming points and the Gold Member discount in a single transaction?

You cannot combine redeemed points and the Gold Member discount in a single transaction.
However, if you have accumulated points and redeemed a code that has a higher value than the 20 % off value then you can apply the redeemed coupon code and it will override the Gold membership discount.

Example:

If your points redemption offers a $10 discount and your Gold Member discount is $5, you can choose to apply the higher discount. If you apply the $10 redemption, the Gold discount will be removed.
