Once you have placed the order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed within 24 hours by an email fulfilling the order with a QR code. Using this QR code, you can then install the eSIM into your device and activate it.

Apple (iOS) Devices

Step 1: Scan QR code

There are many ways to scan the QR code that you have received on your email, so pick the easiest way from below options.

Option 1: Scan QR code from eSIM menu

  • Go to: Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM
  • Then scan the QR code you received in your email.

Option 2: Long Press the QR code from email/ photo

  • Download the eSIM QR code to IMAGES from your email
  • Open the QR code image → LONG PRESS on QR code  →  Add eSIM

Option 3: Enter details manually

If you aren't able to use your camera/ photo to scan the QR code, you can also manually enter the QR code details in the eSIM menu.

  • Go to: Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM → Scan QR
  • Click "Enter Details Manually"
  • Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation code as received on email.

Step 2: eSIM Installation

Part 1: eSIM Download

Once you scan the QR code, you are led to a menu for eSIM activation.

  • Once you click to Continue, the eSIM download will start
  • Ensure your internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available during this time
  • The ConnectedYou eSIM will then get downloaded and will be ready for use

Part 2: Label your eSIM and turn it ON

These are optional steps to set up your eSIM in a way where you can identify it easily.

  • The secondary connection would be your eSIM
  • Label the eSIM in a way you can remember (e.g. Travel, ConnectedYou, etc.)

** You should only perform the last step "Activate eSIM" when you are in your destination country.

Note: Make sure you TURN ON the Data Roaming as your installation is complete

Android Devices
