ICCID / eSIM シリアル番号は、お客様が購入した eSIM の一意の 19 桁の番号であり、QR コードとともに電子メールで共有されます。弊社のサポート チームは、トラブルシューティング中にこの情報を要求する場合があります。
Retrieving your ICCID via the QR code email
- Look for eSIM serial no.: 89103000000XXXXXXXX (19 digit) in the email you have received
Retrieving your ICCID from Apple (iOS) Devices
- Go to: Settings → General → About → (Your Label) eSIM → ICCID
Retrieving your ICCID from Android Devices
- Go to: Settings → SIM manager → (Your Name) eSIM → ICCID
