You'll receive two emails: an order confirmation, followed by a second email with your eSIM QR code(s).

Data validity

All eSIM data packages are valid for 30 days (validity period). We have recommended data packages above based on your trip duration.

eSIM expiry

The eSIM for the destination stays active for 1 year from last use. As long as you top-up within the year, it will extend for another year.

Looking for more data on your existing eSIM? Login to your Account (My eSIMs) & select from Top-up options available for your eSIM.

Check if your device is eSIM compatible

Apple, Google, and Samsung have offered eSIM-enabled devices since 2018, 2019, and 2020, respectively. Your device is likely eSIM compatible, but you can confirm it here.

Buy and download eSIM before your travel

After placing your order, you will receive a QR code via email. Simply scan it to download the eSIM to your device. The eSIM will activate only in your destination country when you enable it.
