How do I enable Data Roaming ?

You need to enable Data Roaming in order to use ConnectedYou eSIMs globally. You can do this from your Device Settings.

Apple (iOS) Devices

Go to Settings → Mobile Service → ConnectedYou eSIM

  • "Turn on This Line": Ensure this is enabled.
  • "Data Roaming": Ensure this is enabled.

Android Devices

First, ensure that your eSIM is Enabled and Data is turned ON:

  • Go to: Settings → SIM Manager → ConnectedYou eSIM -> Ensure eSIM is Enabled
  • Go to: Settings → SIM Manager → ConnectedYou eSIM -> Ensure Mobile Data is Enabled

Then, ensure that your Data Roaming is ON:

  • Go to: Settings → Mobile networks → Data Roaming ON
