How do I label/name my eSIM?

Usually, SIMs/eSIMs are named as Primary/Secondary or eSIM1/eSIM2 by default. To identify your ConnectedYou eSIM easily, we recommend you name/label your eSIM.

Apple (iOS) Devices

  • You can name the eSIM during installation process

If you want to change the label later on, you can

  • Go to: Settings โ†’ ConnectedYou eSIM โ†’ Mobile Plan Label โ†’ Change to desired name Eg: Travel / ConnectedYou/ Destination name etc.

Android Devices

  • Go to: Settings โ†’ SIM manager โ†’ ConnectedYou eSIM โ†’ Edit name and icon Eg: Travel / ConnectedYou/ Destination name etc.
